Creative statement
A room-led recording where arrangement decisions stay as exposed as the room itself.
River Room Session began with a room capture that was left almost completely intact. Rather than removing the evidence of the room, the recording keeps air movement, floor sound, and breath pressure audible so arrangement decisions stay close to the listener.
The work treats production as framing rather than correction. Small overdubs enter only when they can sit beside the room instead of replacing it.

The first pass was tracked in one room with the window slightly open so the outside pressure remained part of the recording.
