Director note
Harbor Caption Study layers voiceover and graphic pacing over an unfinished sequence of waterfront shots. It remains intentionally open, allowing title cards and withheld cuts to act like editorial thinking on screen.
The work is published here in-progress so the Film branch can represent incomplete but public moving-image practice without collapsing it into draft invisibility.
Production notes
The edit is still open by design; the branch needs one public in-progress record so project-status filtering is meaningful.

This work still uses development fixture media. Replace it with creator-provided or independently verified licensed media before treating the record as public-core showcase content.
